I’m a Senior Back-end Software Engineer who designed and owned a high-throughput payment microservice supporting multiple payment methods—processing 60k+ orders and 100M+ BRL. I proactively removed performance bottlenecks to deliver 100% uptime during Black Friday, even with a 3× increase in peak traffic, and I partnered with product managers to estimate engineering effort and improve roadmap prioritization.

I’ve built reliability into how I work: I established CI/CD and continuous improvement practices to enable multiple daily deployments and reduced rollbacks to near zero. I also served as a technical reference through architectural guidance, code reviews, and ongoing feedback to improve code quality and team performance, while standardizing backend architecture by introducing NestJS across microservices. Earlier in my journey, I shipped full-stack work at Incentive.me—building an end-to-end compensation calculation engine and later leading a v2 delivery after successful client renewals.
