At the University of Miami, I lead multicenter neurosurgical research delivery, from protocol authorship and site onboarding for the nine-center Glioma Connectome Project to imaging analysis, trial coordination, and patient follow-up. I have consented more than 100 patients across neuro-oncology, brain-computer interface, cell therapy, and imaging studies, including Neuralink's brain implant program.
My doctoral work at the University of Cambridge develops diffusion tensor imaging biomarkers of glioblastoma recurrence and survival. I built and validated a harmonized DTI pipeline across 130 patients and seven centers, combining registration QC, segmentation, radiomics, survival analysis, and multicenter statistical modeling.
I build analysis methods rather than simply execute predefined plans, using Python, R, Bash, FSL, ANTs, and clinical research platforms. My work has contributed to 13 peer-reviewed publications and includes award-recognized environmental epidemiology research on glioblastoma incidence in Florida.
