I am a registered nurse and experienced medical claims processor with hands-on experience auditing and adjudicating claims across multiple hospitals and clinics. I combine clinical knowledge with claims operations to identify discrepancies, ensure policy compliance, and improve billing accuracy.

In my current role I audit and process medical claims, liaise between providers, patients, and insurers, and use HIMS and IBM AS/400 to track and resolve issues. I have a certification in Medical Coding and Billing and a strong command of Microsoft Excel for documentation and trend analysis.

I am committed to clear provider relations, timely resolution of claims inquiries, and recommending process improvements to reduce recurring errors and streamline claims workflows.
