I’m an Operations and Financial Data Analyst with 7+ years of experience in insurance data reconciliation, commission processing, reporting automation, and financial controls. I manage and reconcile $100M+ in premium data across multiple business lines, ensuring accuracy across source data, internal systems, and financial reporting.

I lead monthly commission payment validation and reconciliation processes in partnership with Finance to support accurate payouts and audit readiness, serving as the primary liaison for data integrity, pricing, and formatting issues. I build Excel/VBA automation tools and self-calculating reporting models to reduce manual processing time, improve accuracy, and support roster validation, including audit logs and error tracking for SOX compliance.
