Working as a Head of Unit at Försäkringskassan has been a gratifying job where I’ve been in a position to grow over the years, but I am not the type to turn down a new challenge.

I would like to highlight three main qualities that I believe make me the right person in your department.

To begin with, I would like to mention that I have a long management experience. It is an area that I am really passionate about and would really appreciate the opportunity to work in a leading role.

Secondly, I would like to bring up my experience. During my time at Försäkringskassan I really feel that I have developed a lot, on a personal as well as a professional level. I have been able to cultivate my interest in change management, leadership and development, and I have developed skills that I would like to hone further, as a member of your team. Previous jobs at Euromedica have also been instrumental in my professional development.

Previous management positions and experience are important aspects, but they tend to pale in comparison to having the right personal qualities. I am often described as responsible, driven, ambitious and independent – traits that I believe are all important to succeeding in my line of work.
