I’m a results-driven Accounts Receivable professional focused on US healthcare revenue cycle management. I bring expertise in insurance follow-up, denial management and appeals, EOB analysis, claim adjudication, and recovering underpaid or unpaid claims.

Since Aug 2024 at Equalize RCM, I manage end-to-end accounts receivable for US healthcare payers, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. I perform systematic follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, analyze EOBs and payer responses, and identify denials, underpayments, and processing errors.

I execute corrective actions such as claim corrections, appeals, and payer negotiations to recover unpaid or underpaid balances. I prioritize and reconcile aged accounts to accelerate cash collections and improve AR aging, while collaborating with billing and clinical teams to resolve coding and documentation issues that can drive future denials.

I maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and workflows in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and ModMed, using MS Excel to track claim status and AR KPIs. My goal is to keep claims moving accurately and efficiently—streamlining gastroenterology billing workflows through timely, detail-focused resolution.
