I analyze EOB/ERA data to pinpoint denial reasons, payment variances, and underpayments, then drive resolution through eligibility, authorization, coding, timely filing, and COB-related denial handling. I prepare corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals to support reimbursement and reduce AR aging while meeting productivity and quality KPIs.
