I’ve built 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, owning the full cycle from AR analysis and follow-up calling to charge entry, claim submission, and payment/denial posting. I focus on understanding client requirements, resolving reimbursement gaps, and keeping accounts moving with strong TAT.

In my current role as an AR Specialist, I research payment discrepancies and unidentified payments, adjust and update financial/demographic/insurance reports, and process denials from carriers through resolution. I help ensure targeted collections are met daily and monthly, while maintaining performance like “<4% over 120 days aging” and responding to client e-mails within 24 hrs.

I’m comfortable across multi-specialty practice areas (including oncology/haematology, cardiology, gastroenterology, ENT, urology, and more) and with multiple health insurance types such as Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and workers comp. I also train new team members, coordinate with juniors, track productivity, and use healthcare practice software like NextGen, Medi-soft, GE Centricity, and Practice Perfect to deliver accurate, consistent revenue cycle outcomes.
