Global demand planning leader at PCC Wellness who improved forecast accuracy from approximately 50% to 80% and reduced excess inventory by 50%.

Message

At PCC WELLNESS, I lead demand, purchasing, and inventory planning for a $60M+ portfolio of owned and private-label wellness products across the US. I improved demand forecast accuracy from approximately 50% to 80% and reduced excess inventory by 50% in six months.

I own SKU-level demand plans and replenishment forecasts for 1,000+ items, combining historical sales with customer and channel signals. I also build Power BI and Advanced Excel dashboards to track forecasting KPIs, demand variability, days of supply, and service risks.

At iHERB, I managed planning and commercial decisions for a $300M+ global e-commerce category with 1,100+ SKUs and 46 brands. I analyzed sales trends, promotions, inventory coverage, and supplier constraints to guide forecasts, and collaborated with Marketing, Operations, and vendors on demand changes, availability, and launch timing.

Earlier, I worked across retail buying, planning, and product development at D’SOUZA CONSULTING, HOLT RENFREW / HR2, TARGET, SEARS CANADA, and WALMART. My work included demand-led category plans, supplier development, and inventory decisions that supported sales growth and cost reductions.
