At HERE Technologies, I design and maintain Java and Spring Boot microservices in the Geo-Finder ecosystem, supporting location and navigation features. I also developed an AI incident response agent that analyzes logs and metrics, connects anomalies with recent deploys, and suggests remediation steps using runbooks retrieved through RAG.
Previously, at SHFA AI, I built and deployed conversational AI agents and LLM chatbots, and automated document-processing workflows with n8n and Python. At Team System Tirana, I built a real-time internal platform for employee locations and inter-office meeting schedules.
My projects include GeoPulse AI, a multi-agent supply-chain intelligence pipeline, and a reproducible time-series forecasting evaluation that achieved 12.4% WAPE on held-out data. I’m completing an M.Sc. in AI / ML Engineering at TU Darmstadt.
