I’m a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a B.Sc. in software development, and I focus on building dependable test coverage across web and mobile products. I bring a quality-driven mindset that pairs structured testing with clear defect reporting so teams can resolve issues faster.

Most recently, I served as a Quality Assurance Mentor (Remote), where I implemented a QA mentoring program adopted by 50+ employees across multiple teams. I led test case design and execution, introduced structured feedback processes for clearer bug reporting, and delivered hands-on training covering the full STLC—from test planning and case design through execution, defect lifecycle management, and test reporting.

Before that, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Gaza, Palestine, executing manual testing for complex web and mobile applications. I improved defect resolution speed by 20% through structured defect tracking and prioritization in JIRA, created detailed test cases with edge and negative scenarios, and validated REST APIs with Postman to ensure cross-platform compatibility. I also documented and tracked bugs in JIRA across Agile sprints, supporting faster fixes while emphasizing usability, functionality, time management, and careful attention to detail.

In my technical projects, I’ve applied the same end-to-end rigor: I designed and executed 77 structured test cases for Moodle LMS v5.1 with a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), managed the defect lifecycle in JIRA and Zephyr Scale, and helped ensure zero escaped defects. With my iLovePDF automation framework, I built a scalable Selenium + TestNG Page Object Model, ran 130+ test cases with parallel execution, implemented data-driven testing using Apache POI and Jackson, and delivered reporting with ExtentReports—so test runs stay fast, reliable, and actionable.
