I am a quality assurance professional committed to delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions through precise defect identification and analytical problem-solving within Agile environments. I combine technical testing skills with leadership and mentoring to elevate products and teams.

As a Quality Assurance Mentor at AIM Tech, I implemented a comprehensive mentoring program used by over 20 employees, led hands-on training in manual testing and exploratory testing for web and mobile platforms, and drove a feedback initiative to improve bug reporting clarity and actionability.
