I developed a computational biology pipeline for CAR-T cell transcriptomic analysis with the Ibadan Bacteriophage Research Team, using command-line tools and R to support immunotherapy research.

As a SecureBio subject matter expert and AI evaluator, I design expert-level virology problem sets and high-fidelity wet-lab evaluation scenarios for large language models. I also establish human-performance baselines and gold-standard solutions used to validate AI accuracy against expert virologists.

Through Upwork, I deliver R-based health data analysis projects, translating findings into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. My foundation in Medical Laboratory Science, virology, bioinformatics, and project coordination helps me contribute across biomedical research and AI evaluation.
