I’m an entry-level Web3 support candidate with hands-on experience across self-custodial wallets, centralized exchanges, stablecoins, tokenized assets, blockchain transfers, and crypto payment products. I’m strongest in email, live-chat, Discord, and Telegram support in a remote, high-reliability environment. In my Web3 operations projects, I investigated wallet, exchange, crypto-card, refund, and withdrawal issues by organizing transaction IDs, timestamps, screenshots, and support response histories into concise written case files—then prepared follow-ups for delayed transfers, conversion failures, restrictions, merchant refunds, and payment disputes.

Security is central to how I support: I review suspicious workflows for phishing, fake support, seed-phrase theft, malicious wallet connections, nominee-account requests, and advance-fee scams, and I prioritize safe escalation. I also built and tested a paper-trading workflow using exchange APIs, monitoring logs and dashboards, reproducing errors, documenting unexpected behavior, and adjusting risk controls—directly strengthening my bug reporting and technical handoffs.
