I've built analytics dashboards and predictive models across sales, HR, and e-commerce data, using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel to turn business data into actionable insights.
My Sales Analytics Dashboard analyzed 50,000+ retail sales records and tracked sales, profit, customer trends, regional performance, and KPIs such as profit margin and customer retention. I also developed employee attrition analysis and e-commerce customer segmentation projects using exploratory analysis, machine learning, RFM analysis, and K-Means clustering.
Alongside analytics work, I've created AI chatbots with Python, Streamlit, Ollama, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, completed internships in data analytics and Python programming, and contributed to published research on mental-health AI and computer networks.
