What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a telecalling/customer support role where I can handle inbound/outbound calls, maintain call logs, follow up with customers, and strengthen my communication—while continuing to learn and grow with the team.

I’m a motivated B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons) student at University of Lucknow, currently pursuing my degree while building a strong foundation in science and professional communication. I’ve also maintained solid academic performance, with 78% in Class 12 and 82% in Class 10.

I bring professional experience from my 8 months as a Telecalling Executive, where I handled inbound and outbound customer calls with a problem-solving approach. I maintained accurate call logs, followed up diligently, and worked to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Communication is a core strength of mine—I’m comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi—and I focus on time management, teamwork, and coordination. I’m eager to learn, contribute effectively, and keep improving through real customer-facing work.
