I am an aspiring professional currently pursuing a B.A. in Arts & Humanities through correspondence at the School of Open Learning (DU), Delhi. I combine formal education with practical experience in BPO environments to build strong customer-facing abilities.

I worked as a Tele Caller at OMNET BROADBAND SERVICES PVT LTD (May 2025 - September 2025), where I gained hands-on telecalling experience and developed communication and client-interaction skills. I have performed non-voice BPO tasks and data-entry work, demonstrating accuracy and reliability.

I am comfortable working in both English and Hindi and have competency in Excel and Word for data tasks. Academically, I achieved 74% in Class X and 59.4% in Class XII, and placed in the top 10 in my school.

I am motivated to grow in customer service and communication roles where I can contribute effectively while continuing to expand my expertise and professional responsibilities.
