I’m a results-driven finance and operations executive with 20+ years of progressive experience in bookkeeping, financial management, and organizational leadership. I bring a proven record of optimizing financial operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across security services, construction, and nonprofit environments.

As Chief Financial Officer for Titan International Security Services (February 2020 – June 2026), I lead all financial operations, compliance, and human resources functions for a growing security services company. I oversee the complete accounting cycle—including A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and monthly financial close—while ensuring fiscal integrity and regulatory adherence.

I’m especially strong in tax compliance and HR administration. I manage multi-state sales tax compliance, payroll processing, and federal and state tax filings, while directing state and federal certification processing and renewals with a 100% compliance record.

I also deliver hands-on executive support and operational streamlining. I administer benefits and employee relations, manage insurance compliance and vendor relationships, and improve workflows through process optimization—so leaders get clear, timely information and teams operate at a high standard.
