What I'm looking for

I’m looking to turn business bottlenecks into measurable learning experiences, building learning systems, curriculums, and materials that empower trainers to teach and employees to grow.

At Ron Automates, I design scenario-based learning modules, branching simulations, and interactive microlearning, while automating the systems that deliver them. I use AI to prototype curriculums, generate content, and create custom HTML embeds for Articulate Storyline and Rise.

As a Freelance Learning Materials Designer, I developed and shipped more than 14 digital learning products for early childhood learners. I’m an educator with a BSEd in English and a Professional Teaching License in the Philippines, and I’m drawn to building learning systems and materials that help trainers teach and employees grow.
