At Western Visayas Medical Center, I prepare and facilitate approval of the Annual Procurement Plan and upload it to mPhilGEPS. I also prepare Purchase Orders and verify that Purchase Request items are included in the plan.
I manage vendor relationships and post Notices of Award and Notices to Proceed in PhilGEPS. As an ISO Audit Member, I conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal quality audits, and I also conduct stock inventory audits as a member of the Internal Control Committee.
Earlier, as an Accounting Assistant at Shopping Center Management Corp-SM Supermalls and an Accounting Clerk at Prime Distributors (Iloilo), Inc., I handled sales reporting, supplier payments, billing, and inventory work.
