I'm looking to lead and improve complex digital experiences, build scalable design systems, and partner with product, technology and business teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

At NOW: Pensions, I own end-to-end design quality and customer experience across connected web portals, mobile applications, APIs and services. I led UX/UI design for a pension transformation programme serving more than 4 million users, delivering 200+ interactive prototypes and improving customer engagement by 70% while reducing support calls by 43%.

I've built scalable design systems, reusable patterns and accessible experiences aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA. Across NOW: Pensions, Lloyds Banking, NEST Pensions, Deloitte and Zeon Solutions, I translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, implementation-ready digital products.
