What I'm looking for
I’m an Administrative Specialist with experience drafting building notices and infraction letters, preparing council meeting minutes and AGM documentation, and distributing communications to owners through CondoWeb and StrataPress. I also manage move-in/move-out and undertaking documents via DocuSign, maintain accurate resident/tenant records (Form K), and support day-to-day operational needs.
Across my accounting roles, I prepare monthly financial reports and schedules, maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers (including fixed assets), and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to keep transactions accurate and timely. I handle issuance of official receipts, payroll, government statutory contributions, bank reconciliations, petty cash control, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual tax return preparation and compliance documentation (including SEC and PhilGEPS requirements).
