What I'm looking for

I’m looking for senior/staff/principal software-engineering and AI-engineering roles where I can build AI agent orchestration, semantic code search, and large-scale data-migration systems—preferably remote B2B worldwide, with preference for EU, US and Canada.

I’m a Senior Software Development Engineer focused on AI agents and agent orchestration, semantic code search, and AI-assisted development workflows. At AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), I’ve worked on large-scale Oracle migration and CDC infrastructure—leading tools for Oracle REDO log analysis, including reverse engineering of complex Oracle internal binary formats, plus automated diagnosis of migration/conversion failures. I also designed AI-assisted debugging and issue detection systems, and built engineering automation for testing coverage measurement across multiple infrastructures.

Earlier, I was a Technical Lead and core developer of Oracle Forms Converter (to JavaScript/HTML5) and Oracle Reports Converter (to Microsoft SSRS), where I built parser and compiler-grade subsystems: semantic analysis, symbol resolution, type inference, and source-to-source transformation. I bring strong distributed systems and cloud experience across AWS and serverless backends (Firebase/Cloud Functions), and I also apply my compiler/analysis background with ANTLR to build reliable, structured code transformations. I’m based in Poland and strongly prefer remote work, and I’m open to senior/staff/principal software-engineering and AI-engineering roles.
