At Starling & Cuttlefish, I work with boards, owners and C-level executives to turn strategic ambition into executable programmes. For Mighty Buildings, I developed the organizational structure as the company progressed from Series A to Series B, securing $40M in Series B funding after achieving its traction goals.
I also restructured product development at a food-tech delivery marketplace during COVID-19 hypergrowth, enabling a more than 10x increase in GMV. For Russia’s Faster Payments System, I designed an operating model under Bank of Russia regulation; the LeSS redesign cut time-to-market from 2–3 months to a 2-week sprint.
I build generative-AI-driven delivery processes and designed an AI system on OpenClaw and OpenRouter that tracks whether day-to-day work serves strategic initiatives. Goal attainment rose from about 70% to at least 89%, while work in progress fell by more than 40%.
I co-founded Inwoven, a product strategy and discovery tool for teams building with AI coding agents, and build the product hands-on with Claude Code. Earlier, at Sberbank, I designed an organizational framework for the Card Solutions division; after the redesign, debit card sales through digital channels rose from 4.7% to 22.9%.
