I’m an IAM Administrator with 4 years of overall IT experience across technical support and my focused transition into Identity and Access Management (IAM). I completed a 3-month Okta internship with hands-on exposure to ITSM ticket handling, SSO integrations, user lifecycle management, and bulk user administration.

In my IAM work, I focus on secure, reliable access—using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta to configure RBAC, MFA and Conditional Access, SSPR, and Enterprise Applications with SAML SSO. I also troubleshoot authentication and user access issues using sign-in and audit logs, and I’ve learned Hybrid Identity concepts including PHS and PTA to support end-to-end identity troubleshooting. Before IAM, I worked in risk operations and technical associate roles, where I maintained documentation and met SLA targets—habits I carry into every access workflow.
