Solely own the org-wide incident management platform (forked GoAlert: Go, PostgreSQL, GCP) with on-call rotations, a Crashlytics-to-incident pipeline, RBAC, and MTTA/MTTR observability. Built the code-quality platform: a one-command CLI plus Claude Code agents that auto-fix SARIF/SonarQube findings. Also cut bot matches and join latency on a live game via matchmaking redesign.

Owns the incident management platform Gandalf, adopted org-wide by ~200 engineers, and built the code quality platform Garuda with AI agents. Also improved matchmaking and game-join latency for live multiplayer games.
