What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a strategic operations role where I can apply analytical rigour and operational excellence.

At Gallagher, I create and update ACORD Master Certificate and Evidence of Property templates using Applied EPIC and CSR24. These support client self-service, renewals, and insurance certificate generation.

I process US Liability, Auto/Equipment, and Commercial Property certificates, along with lender-specific Evidence of Property forms. I verify policy details and work with internal and client-facing teams to resolve documentation discrepancies within agreed TAT.

At LSEG, I processed and updated financial data for more than 200 companies, reconciling data points and signing off assigned datasets. I hold an MBA in Finance from Jain University and a B.Com in Accounting & Taxation from ASC College.
