What I'm looking for
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University, where my research focuses on multi-agent reinforcement learning for urban traffic signal control. My thesis, titled 'Towards Practical Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning for Urban Traffic Signal Control,' aims to optimize traffic management systems using advanced AI techniques. I have developed an open-source Python-based platform that integrates SUMO and CityFlow simulators, facilitating large-scale MARL research. My work has been published in reputable journals, showcasing my commitment to advancing the field.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I serve as a Principal Investigator for a pro bono research initiative focused on carbon capture technologies. I collaborate with climate-tech startups to design control frameworks that enhance energy efficiency and CO2 capture. My experience also includes developing deep learning models for real-time defect detection in manufacturing, significantly improving inspection accuracy and efficiency. I am passionate about applying my skills in machine learning and statistical modeling to solve complex engineering challenges.
