I designed a deadline compliance framework across Anaqua, FoundationIP, and AppColl-managed dockets, achieving zero critical prosecution deadline misses over four years. I also institutionalised SOPs for 20+ IP service lines, reducing new-hire ramp time by about 40%.

Previously, at Clarivate (Thomson Reuters IP & Science), I expanded operations to 60 analysts across patent docketing, IDS preparation, PTO response management, and prosecution analytics.
