At Qeen Biotechnologies Inc., I lead downstream manufacturing and formulation development and formulate cGMP clinical batches for compassionate-care patients enrolled across several hospitals in Canada. I also coordinate with cross-functional teams and train junior staff and graduate students.
At Variation Biotech Inc., I developed mRNA-LNPs for the MLE platform technology, for which a patent was filed. Across my formulation work, I’ve developed and transferred liquid and solid dosage forms, supported cGMP scale-ups, and contributed to products that received USFDA approval.
