And also some of the Might have diffculty in understand the Indain English Accent in the first day after that they will get used to it. or some of them migt not know the english word for ththe particular medical probleam which they have they might know the exact word in English.
And some of them might cant understand english so itranslte for them. my duites aralso not Just resticted to the resort i have also acompanied some of the guest in Hospital cases
