At HDFC Bank, I work on the Doorstep Banking application, gathering business requirements and translating them into requirement documents for developers. I coordinate with stakeholders for sign-off and track enhancements through testing and production.
I prepare test cases and conduct end-to-end UAT, coordinating defect resolution with developers and confirming that enhancements go live. I also monitor customer complaints and carry out root cause analysis.
Previously, I tested warehouse management, trade finance, and core banking applications at Unipart Logistics and TATA consultancy Services. My work included UAT, system integration, sanity, and regression testing across JDA, Blue Yonder, TRIMS, and Flexcube.
