Roger Selwan

I’m a Full-Stack Developer and Technical Team Lead with 8+ years of experience building web and mobile applications, with my strongest expertise in frontend and mobile engineering. I specialize in React, Next.js, React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture, while also working across backend development with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, SQL databases, Prisma.

At FEER McQUEEN, I lead a cross-functional engineering team across frontend, backend, and take ownership of projects from requirements and technical architecture through development, integrations, deployment, and production support. I work closely with designers, product teams, QA, clients, and external technical teams to turn business requirements into scalable digital products.

Over the years, I’ve built and delivered production web, iOS, and Android applications, implemented complex third-party integrations, optimized application performance, established development practices, conducted code reviews, mentored developers, and managed technical delivery across multiple projects.

While I’m comfortable working across the full stack, frontend and mobile engineering are where I bring the deepest expertise, particularly in building scalable architectures, high-quality user experiences, responsive interfaces, and performant applications.

I’m especially interested in senior roles where I can combine hands-on engineering with architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring, and product ownership.
