At ElevenVending, I built and run the MTN MoMo and Airtel Money payment layer for unattended vending terminals, taking it from sandbox to production. I also built a reconciliation worker that tracks orders until they reach a final state and handles late settlements.
I designed idempotent payment and refund endpoints, append-only audit logs, and signature-checked webhooks. I kept provider credentials on the backend and added production monitoring, health checks, and a database restore runbook.
As a freelance full-stack developer, I designed, built, and deployed websites and online stores for Kigali businesses. My work includes Rwandema Menswear, Smart Rwanda, DIVINE Distributors, and AMBARA House of Fashion, each with an admin back office for the owner.
I also built AURUM, a payment-integrated e-commerce platform with inventory and pricing features, and wrote 170 tests for its payment, inventory, and pricing paths. Earlier, I co-founded and helped maintain Paperbank, a free past-exam-paper platform for Rwandan students.
