Roger Alsina

I’m a Spanish student currently on exchange in Tilburg University, and I bring a quick learning capacity and the ability to adapt fast to change. I enjoy supporting teams in high-energy environments where service quality matters.

My experience includes serving drinks, attending to guests, and preparing or clearing decorations for events. I’ve also worked as a bartender and market vendor—setting up, maintaining cleanliness, managing the bar, and keeping service running smoothly.

I’m comfortable handling responsibility at the shop level too, including managing stock and operating the cash register while providing friendly service. I’m looking for roles where I can grow, learn quickly, and contribute with strong social skills and a hardworking mindset.
