I’m looking for an administrative role where I can support daily office operations, manage records and correspondence, coordinate logistics documents and supplies, and improve efficiency with reliable customer-facing communication.

I’m an experienced Administrative Support Officer with over 8 years in office administration, document management, inventory control (intermediate), and logistics support. I coordinate daily operations, keep records accurate, and ensure information flows smoothly across teams.

At Zeej Printing & Advertising Co. in Saudi Arabia, I provide administrative and operational support to keep the office running efficiently. I welcome customers, answer inquiries, handle correspondence, and prepare, process, and update reports and company documents with strong attention to detail.

I’m trusted with data entry and record management—maintaining databases, monitoring office equipment, and managing supply inventory. I also coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and document distribution, while supporting logistics through document and supply coordination.
