At Halma, I develop Copilot Studio and retrieval-augmented generation solutions, automate customer-service agent testing, and guide AI, cloud, edge AI, and industrial IoT initiatives from discovery through deployment. I also lead technical workshops, onboard engineers, and create practical architecture and lifecycle-management guidance.
Previously, I modernised PowerVault’s Smartstor energy platform without downtime, reducing average weekly customer-service tickets from 70 to 5. Across Cambridge Consultants, DNA Electronics, and Quanta Dialysis Technologies, I delivered embedded, connected, and regulated healthcare systems including wireless implants, connected inhalers, diagnostic cartridges, dialysis test rigs, and a COVID-19 emergency ventilator.
