What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead human-centered design transformation where I can connect business strategy, user needs, and technology, while using AI thoughtfully to help teams think faster, build trust, and create meaningful impact.

At Totalplay, I've helped transform a telco into a multiservice ecosystem by building and empowering a 16-member UX organization and aligning design, business, and technology around a shared UX strategy.

I previously designed the first TV marketplace globally, generating $64M in annual revenue, and drove a 400% increase in users through data-driven omnichannel experiences across TV, app, and web. As a founding member, I also shaped Totalplay's brand identity, interface design, information architecture, and interaction design for its television and mobile products.

As an independent design strategist and advisor, I help internal teams and startups build scalable, user-centered practices through UX maturity, design culture, DesignOps, and digital strategy.

I'm exploring AI as a cognitive amplifier for creativity and strategic decision-making. I lead by creating the conditions for growth: trust, autonomy, clarity, curiosity, and purpose that help teams turn uncertainty into innovation.
