What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, customer operations, management, or anything I can make a difference with, improve processes, collaborate across teams, and contribute to training and automation.

I make the best out of any job. It’s MY workforce, and I put my best in everything I do, no mater where or what.

I've supported fund partners and administrators at Carta, resolving platform enquiries, training new hires, and using customer feedback to improve the platform and automate AI training for frequent questions.

At IBM Global Finance, I managed leasing and loan contract creation, transaction and settlement controls, and support for customers and sales teams. I coordinated with credit, pricing, legal, accounts receivable, and other internal stakeholders throughout each transaction.

Over 15 years of experience in the church as a teacher of children, teenagers, and young adults. I have also organized and coordinated events, camps, and games.
