I’m a data-driven operations and analytics professional with 8+ years optimizing logistics, analyzing performance metrics, and driving quality improvements across multi-location operations. I identify trends, execute operational experiments, and partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and the customer experience.

At Weilands Market (January 2024–present), I analyze quality and cost metrics across 500+ products from 33 distributors, drilling into root causes to optimize inventory levels and uncover cost-saving opportunities. I build and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership, track KPIs for 65 house-made products, and lead a team of 12 to standardize processes, reduce defects, and ensure consistent quality control. I also optimize ordering systems to reduce waste and improve fulfillment quality in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previously, as Head Butcher & Logistics Manager at TB&G Meats (September 2018–December 2023), I designed and implemented an inventory tracking system for 50+ products across 3 storefronts and 15 wholesale clients to improve logistics efficiency and reduce fulfillment errors. I managed end-to-end supply chain operations with 9 suppliers, executed improvement initiatives using supplier performance data to improve on-time delivery and product quality, and led facility standardization transitioning operations from state to federal standards. I developed quality monitoring systems with HACCP protocols for 30+ products, onboarded new suppliers into a procurement program with performance benchmarks, and cultivated strategic partnerships with 30+ local vendors.

I’ve also brought an analytics mindset to digital marketing, building data-driven performance reporting for clients and translating insights into measurable results. I earned two B.A. degrees from Chapman University, and I bring that mix of communication and rigorous analysis into every operational challenge I tackle.
