I'm looking to lead or support high-volume dispatch and logistics operations where I can coordinate teams, schedules, routes, vendors, and customer escalations while improving reliable service delivery.

At C&D Towing, I lead and mentor a field team of 20+ while coordinating real-time dispatch priorities, service coverage, and safety standards across 24/7 operations.

I build weekly schedules around changing demand, coordinate vendors and insurance partners, and resolve time-sensitive client issues with clear communication and cost awareness.

Previously, I coordinated logistics and route planning for 20+ active drivers at Cloud 9 Wellness Center and supported high-volume freight operations at FedEx. I bring a calm, steady approach to incidents, escalations, documentation, and fast operational decisions.
