I’m a self-taught Python developer and automation builder, with 8+ years of program management, documentation, and compliance experience across government and healthcare. I focus on translating real business needs into working technical solutions that eliminate manual, document-heavy work.

I shipped an RFP-processing engine that ingests government RFP/SOW PDFs and outputs a page-cited compliance matrix in Excel/JSON. My deterministic extraction core includes an optional LLM enrichment layer, and the solution is backed by a 41-test suite and delivered as a REST API and web dashboard.

I also authored and published an open-source Python package on PyPI (nano-empire-tollbooth), including a metering decorator and CLI. The project uses GitHub Actions CI/CD and is MIT-licensed, reflecting my preference for practical tooling, clear delivery, and maintainable engineering.

In my professional work, I designed and evaluated 100+ rehabilitation/recreation programs and maintained health & safety compliance with accurate documentation. I’ve adopted AI tools (Anthropic, Gemini, Obsidian) to streamline evaluations, reporting, and administration—showing how I combine reliable automation with operational realities.
