I’m a procurement and supply chain leader directing multimillion-dollar sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, inventory planning, compliance controls, and cross-functional S&OP initiatives. I align purchasing strategy with margin performance, working capital efficiency, regulatory requirements, and operational execution across high-volume distribution and restaurant environments.

At MGE Wholesale, I lead forecasting, inventory planning, and S&OP alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow, margin performance, and working capital. I negotiate supplier pricing, terms, allocations, and cost-reduction initiatives, while establishing supplier scorecards and KPIs for fill rates, lead times, pricing adherence, quality, ATF/ITAR, and export requirements. I also lead and develop a buyer team, standardizing procurement processes, sourcing frameworks, import coordination, and inventory lifecycle management.

Previously, as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Red Lobster, I managed $50M in annual capital equipment and indirect spend across 150 suppliers, 2,200 items, and 700+ restaurant locations. Earlier at RSR Group, I managed procurement for 100+ manufacturers with $350M+ in annual spend and supported forecasting and inventory planning to improve turns and reduce aged stock exposure.
