At COPAAIRLINES, I developed data-driven tools with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python to support crew planning, training, and daily operations. I optimized crew pairings and flight-leg assignments to create more cost-effective, efficient itineraries.
I also identified itinerary efficiencies to reduce crew hotel costs and coordinated schedule adjustments with the commercial planning team. I supported the implementation and validation of planning rules to improve schedule feasibility and reduce manual planning effort.
At METROBANK, I built real-time ETL pipelines with SQL and Python for Power BI dashboards, helping leadership monitor KPIs and make operational decisions. I also implemented Amazon Web Services for the bank’s databases to improve report generation productivity and lower costs.
Earlier, I analyzed budgets and actuals at THE GRAY INSURANCE COMPANY and supported financial reporting and dashboard work at BACARDI LIMITED. At TULANE UNIVERSITY, I helped students with Microsoft Excel as a Teaching Assistant for INFO1010.
