Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor specializing in DBT-informed care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor who provides intensive, short-term, and ongoing psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and children with mild to severe mental, substance use, and behavioral disorders. I build treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities and a trauma-informed, strengths-focused approach.
In my current role, I provide individual and couples psychotherapy to a caseload of 30–35 clients, using DBT, ACT, CBT, narrative therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy. I complete behavioral and mental health screenings and assessments, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and referrals to connect clients with the right next steps.
Across prior positions, I delivered psychotherapy in high-volume settings (including a caseload of 80–100) and worked within the schema model to provide daily intensive and group short-term treatment. I also completed psychosocial assessments, discharge summaries, and coordinated referrals to additional programs.
I bring a strong behavioral and developmental background, including work assessing, planning, and supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism spectrum needs. I’ve used motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (including ABAS-3), trained teams and families, and provided crisis support to help ensure stability and effective positive behavior interventions.
