What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure, modern IT environments where I can strengthen identity governance, endpoint security, Zero Trust adoption, and high-performing technical teams.

At Prodigy Education, I led the lifecycle, configuration, and security posture of Okta, Google Workspace, BetterCloud, Jamf Pro, Windows, and macOS environments. I built identity governance through RBAC, group rules, profile mappings, roles, permissions, SSO/LDAP integrations, MFA, device trust, and DLP.

I led a company-wide migration from JumpCloud to Okta, re-architected RBAC, migrated directory services and user profiles, and integrated corporate SaaS applications. I also rolled out Okta Device Access with Jamf Pro and Google Workspace, moving the organization toward a stronger Zero Trust architecture.

I've managed and mentored IT teams, formalized support resources, supported incident response and vulnerability management, and translated technical risk into leadership-ready KPIs and KRIs. Earlier, I commissioned and troubleshot broadcast IP infrastructure at Evertz Microsystems and developed technical training and repair procedures at Best Buy Canada.
