I built Zero Trust from greenfield (NIST SP 800-207), authored the IT policy suite aligned to BC PIPA/FOIPPA, migrated to Entra ID-joined Windows Autopilot zero-touch, and led a CAD $330K IT budget end-to-end while cutting manual work by 40–50% through Power Apps and Power Automate.
