At First Quantum Minerals, I established the enterprise architecture function for a $20B mining organisation operating across 30+ countries, creating the governance, decision rights, standards and Architecture Review Board that now guide major IT investment.
I've led the architecture for a multi-geo Microsoft 365 tenancy relocation, AI and Copilot governance across a ~6,000-user tenant, and identity and M365 separation for ~$500M of divestiture activity. I turn security, infrastructure and technical-debt risk into clear, board-ready business cases and multi-year roadmaps.
Earlier, I delivered global identity, infrastructure and data-centre programmes for Clyde & Co and First Quantum Minerals, including two Tier-3 data centres and a consolidated global Active Directory forest. I also mentor architecture colleagues and help teams adopt scalable, secure platform standards.
