At Glanceable, I design and ship ML features including an agentic analytics assistant that generates approximately €1.5M ARR. I also led the migration from Elasticsearch to ClickHouse and rebuilt thematic analysis with human feedback and automated retraining, delivering 20x faster inference and improved accuracy.
Previously at Illuin Technology, I shaped AI product strategy and delivered LLM- and vision-language-powered document automation, enabling roughly €800k in revenue. I built OCR, layout analysis, and NLP pipelines exposed through FastAPI and gRPC microservices, contributing about €100k in annual recurring revenue from new licenses.
My work also includes deploying a production standardisation tool across 100+ Sanofi factories, saving around 300 hours per factory, and researching Mask R-CNN approaches for cereal image quality assessment at Inarix.
