What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex user problems across enterprise SaaS, web, and mobile products, partnering closely with product and engineering teams from discovery through delivery while building scalable, accessible design systems.

At iCabbi, I lead UX for a new Passenger App, using user research, competitor analysis, stakeholder workshops, and product audits to shape product direction.

I previously redesigned iCabbi’s Voice RTC browser extension for customer support teams, reducing average task completion time by 35%. I also co-created and maintained the design system across Driver and Passenger applications, improving consistency, WCAG accessibility, and developer handoff.

My work spans responsive web, tablet, and mobile experiences, including the Wallboard analytics platform for fleet operators. I partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through implementation, using interactive prototypes to validate ideas early.

Earlier, I designed HRMS SaaS dashboards and accessible components at Asentir Solutions, and overhauled web and mobile experiences for BCCI at Salt Design LLP. I enjoy solving complex user problems through research, product thinking, and thoughtful interaction design.
